While you will likely spend time splashing in the pool, playing pool, ping-pong or foosball in the game room, or whipping up a gourmet meal, don't miss the beautiful white sandy beaches of Holmes Beach or Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island, just 6 miles away. Other nearby attractions include shopping and dining at St Armands Circle in Sarasota, the Ringling Circus Museum, Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature, horseback riding, boat charters and a plethora of parks and nature trails. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, a new Smart TV, double closets, a small workspace with a desk & rolling chair, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are conveniently located on the other side of the house and share a guest bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and a new Smart TV, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed (double bed, with a twin bed above and below for a total of 3 individual beds). For the little ones there is a pack and play and a high chair.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. The dining room comfortably seats 10 people (8 at the table and 3 at the accompanying island).
Step out into a large, screened lanai with sparkling heated, saltwater pool and hot tub. There is plenty of seating with plush patio furniture, a picnic table and 4 chaise lounges.
